PROTECTION OF PERSONS AND OTHER SUBJECTS WITH REGARD TO THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Fondazione Oliver Twist Onlus, with headquarters at via Bigli 21, Milan, as the party responsible for the data handling, hereby informs you that the personal data provided by you when sending your CV or when signing up to receive updates through the Newsletter, or acquired directly by the Foundation during the execution of its activities, may be treated, including through responsible nominated external companies (such as, for example, the website manager or others used by the Foundation while carrying out its activities), for:

1. purposes relating to instructional and operational requirements connected to the pursuit of Foundation's institutional objectives;
2. dealing with CVs and candidates for employment and checking that the necessary qualifications are held for carrying out the activity for which the candidate is applying (such as, for example, storing personal data, academic qualifications, professional specialisations, ability to speak foreign languages, previous employment, etc.);
3. holding lists of names and addresses for the administrative management of the Foundation and to report on its activities.

The data will be treated in accordance with the principles of propriety, fairness and transparency and in respect of your rights and privacy. The data will be handled using appropriate tools to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data as required by law, in accordance with which it may be treated manually through filing in paper form or using electronic tools to save, manage and communicate the personal data.

The data will be handled by persons entrusted to carry out tasks relating to your personal data and in relation to the above-mentioned purposes. The person responsible for data handling is Angelo Villani, Project Manager of the Foundation.

Your data may be communicated to third parties who will handle it in the capacity of independent holders, for the sole purpose of supporting the Foundation in carrying out its activities (such as, for example, partner companies, public authorities and organisations, site maintenance operatives, etc.). The data shall not be disseminated or communicated abroad.

Provision of the data is optional, but any refusal by you to provide the requested data and to consent to its handling and communication will result in the Foundation being unable to assess your proposal for collaboration or to keep you informed as to its activities.

To exercise the rights pursuant to article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right to know whether the Foundation holds any data concerning you and to request its deletion, treatment as anonymous or to block data handled in violation of the law or which it is not necessary to retain in relation to the purposes for which it was collected, please contact Fondazione Oliver Twist Onlus, which is responsible for the treatment of the data, at the following address: Fondazione Oliver Twist Onlus, via Bigli 21, 20121 Milan, Italy.
