The aim of the project is to improve the reception facilities provided for 8 teenagers removed from their families because they have been victims of abuse.

The project involves complete regeneration - both in terms of physical redevelopment and furnishing and of staff training - of an educational community that has been running for over 10 years. The training aspect was conceived as a course, designed and run by Luisa Della Rosa, a psychologist with thirty years of experience in the field of violence towards minors and a consultant to the Juvenile Court of Milan.

After carefully examining conditions in the region, the Foundation co-designed the project, provided the necessary financial resources and monitored the progress of all its activities.

The Cooperativa Etica was founded in 1999 by 9 women specialising in different fields with extensive experience in the field of minors in difficulty and at risk of social isolation. Etica was founded with the aim of setting up effective services for the care and education of children and for accommodating minors removed from their families, and is today an established institution in Naples, thanks, above all, to the high quality of the services it provides.
