Through the activities it runs, Oliver Twist takes the lead in managing projects relating to issues such as: learning difficulties, dropping out of school and the risk of social deviance and exclusion. The Foundation manages the services directly, thus ensuring that the projects are more effective and that the economic resources are used efficiently.

In this type of project, Oliver Twist takes responsibility for the preparation, development and correct implementation of all aspects: thorough and independent analysis of the region, planning, direct relationships with public and bodies and private citizens, selection of buildings and personnel, and constant monitoring of the work.
